Why it isn't scored
We score saunas only on figures the maker publishes. Sweaty Yeti doesn't yet publish the heater type or power, the voltage and amperage, the wood species, the height or the warranty, so its saunas aren't in Find My Sauna, our rankings or any list. We'll add them once we have a spec sheet.
Ask before you buy
- The heater's kW rating and the circuit it needs. Have a licensed electrician confirm your panel can supply it.
- What foundation or base the building needs, and whether your town requires a permit.
- The warranty terms, in writing.
Independent by design. We order saunas with our published method. Cedar Scout may earn a commission when you buy through affiliate links on this page. Commissions never change which saunas appear, their scores or their order. How we earn money.
